What is CossaMia?
CossaMia is a boutique of independent, women-run brands, founded by Rosa Acosta in 2012. We don't keep a warehouse: each brand makes and ships its pieces directly to you, and many are made to order just for you.
How much is shipping?
U.S. standard shipping (USPS) is $8, and it's free on orders over $75. Shipping to Canada is $20 and to the rest of the world $49. Our Shipping policy has every rate and each brand's production and delivery times.
How long will my order take?
Made-to-order pieces are made first, then shipped. Body by Rosa Acosta and Geebin x CossaMia take 5–7 business days to make; Angel Brinks takes an estimated 15 business days. Ready-to-ship pieces from CossaMia and Geebin ship in 3–5 days.
Do you offer express shipping?
No. Most of our pieces are made to order, so faster shipping would not get them to you much sooner.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders take longer, and customs can add up to 10 days.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking. You can also sign in to your account to see your order status.
What is your return policy?
Each brand has its own return policy, shown on our Refund policy and on each product. Made-to-order pieces can't be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer discounts?
We regularly run promotions. Check our Sale page for current markdowns. You can enter a discount code at checkout.
Do you wholesale?
We don't.
